Yes. Newborn sleep support is fully gentle and developmentally appropriate. We focus on feeding rhythms, sleep shaping, and supporting your baby's natural regulation-no formal sleep training involved. 

Q: Can you help with newborn sleep without sleep training?


Most newborns sleep a lot overall, but in short, uneven stretches around the clock. There is a wide range or normal and part of what I help you do is understand your baby's unique patterns so you feel less overwhelmed and more confident. 

Q: How much should my nerborn sleep in the first 12 weeks?


Yes- this is very normal in the newborn stage. Newborns have small stomachs and immature sleep cylces, so frequent waking is expected, especially in the first 12 weeks. There are still gentle ways to support more settled sleep over time 

Q: Is it normal for my newborn to wake up every 2 hours?

This is extremely common. Newborns are wired for closeness, comfort, and regulation through touch and feeding. We gently work on building sleep foundations while still honoring your baby's need for connection.
